Amy Warrick, PT

Amy Warrick, PT

Amy has been a licensed practicing physical therapist for 16 years in the outpatient physical therapy setting.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toledo, then attended physical therapy school at the Medical University of Ohio.  After graduation, she moved to Arizona and spent the first 3 years of her career working at a busy sports medicine clinic in Scottsdale.  In 2010, she began working at the world renowned Barrow Brain and Spine outpatient clinic, where she practiced until 2022.  In addition to being a staff therapist, Amy also managed the Scottsdale clinic from 2016-2022.

During her PT career, Amy has been fortunate to receive excellent mentorship and she is always seeking to further her knowledge and skills. She is very active in pursuing continuing education classes and practical opportunities, taking numerous seminars in neural and visceral mobilization, myofascial release, joint and spinal manipulation, craniosacral therapy, TPI,…  She believes regular continuing education is crucial to continuing to learn and grow as a PT.

Amy’s philosophy is that everyone can benefit from physical therapy. While some clients may be recovering from a specific injury or surgery,  we all have some underlying physical dysfunction that may or may not be causing active pain, but likely affects the way we move and the compensatory strategies we use.  She would like to help you by developing an individualized treatment plan to guide your healing journey.
